Shalom Japan, which serves Jewish and Japanese food in Williamsburg, is another winner. “Michelin’s anonymous inspectors regularly dine across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island to make their choices,” the company said today in an e-mailed release. The winners include Baker & Co.; Nom Wah Tea Parlor; Tong Sam Gyup Goo Yi; Venturo Osteria & Wine Bar; The Bib Gourmand awards are announced one week before the release of the 10th Michelin Guide New York on Oct.1.
