Flight tastings are a relatively inexpensive way to experience and learn about wines you may not have tried before. 'Just a glass' is also offered but the Flight is a mini-adventure! No need to invest in a bottle... unless you want to! Add the olives or a... Since my last review my GF and I have returned back to the Flight Wine Bar - West two more times. Our last visit was for my GF on her birthday Feb 2nd as we started our evening of celebration. My GF loves this place so I knew that the start to her birthday should be with a few drinks... “I felt like sour grapes after my experience” “Flight Wine Bar - West....Caution about the Smoked Wings” Loved the atmosphere at this restaurant and bar. Great selection of whiskeys. I could definitely get in a lot of trouble here. Food service was a little slow but we thoroughly enjoyed the food when it arrived.

Great place to meet for drinks and great apps. We will go again. loved the choices and the olive and cheese tray is great to go along with the wine! The food is good. It is a busy place. Parking can be a pain but Flight is worth a visit. Best place in Rochester to drink wine! This place is cool and in a trendy area. The selection is amazing. The flights option allows you to try svereal different wines at a fair price. Note- this place closes early during the week. I can't wait for my next trip to Rochester to come back to this place I like the concept. I like the owner. The waitresses that we have had are overall, horrible. I was in Flight West the other night and there was no more than 10 patrons in the place and there were two waitresses. They were in over their heads. Not good at all. I met up with a frind last night at the new Flight West in Greece. Absolutely fantastic evening, our waitiress had so much knowledge about wines and her suggested wine flight was spot on.
